Next up Jay and I took a big group of dogs to Fel's Grove to play some ball. We had enough dogs to fill out a baseball lineup this week of the beginning of the World Series. Saltine & Kaia were leading off today, as the first two dogs to join our team today. The middle of the order was the three Golden Girls, Zoey, Roxy & Grace, followed by Henry & Nala. Last but not least was Ruby & little Macey who were happy to chase and be chased by the rest of the crew. The clouds had cleared, and the weather was unseasonably warm compared to even earlier in the day. We avoided being rained out and got a chance to play ball! We ended the day with four tennis balls, after starting with just one. The group met a few other dogs that came to visit the grove, and all were on their best behavior for the afternoon.
