If you've spent any time in downtown Portland, chances are you've heard this whistling. There is a man so bad at whistling, the city has created an ordinece to prevent business owners from being driven crazy by this tone deaf whistler. Max met the whistler today, and also was not impressed. We quickly avoided the whistling, and headed for friendlier territory. Max was much happier to see more pleasant people who wanted to pet him rather than assault his ears. All in all we made the most of this beautiful day and got in some good excercise.
