This hot and humid Tuesday started off strong with a trip downtown with Max. We got off to a fast start on to Monument Square, where a tourist asked who the woman on the monument was (sadly I didn't know) and many others were there to visit with Max and show him some love. We slowly found our way around the block, stopping to rest in the shade as we went. Shortly after we circled the block, Max decided he'd had enough of the heat and started heading back toward home. He was lucky enough to meet his owner upon his arrival home, waiting with treats and fresh water.
