The weather in Portland today is crazy and forecasts are calling for 6-8 inches of rain. Max and I made a quick trip outdoors, and even the farmers at the market called it a day due to weather. We found an overhang by the Civic Center so he could do his business and he was ready to head back to the warm confines of home to dry off for the afternoon.
